Our founder, Dustin Hamilton, started Hamilton Avenue with the specific goals of preserving and growing his own family wealth. To that end, we have always tried to have a balanced and moderated approach to our investments while also doing our part in trying to make the world a better place.

Through all of our real estate investing activities, we make a positive impact on the communities we serve. How? By going the extra mile with quality workmanship and not cutting corners on aesthetics. Our philosophy is that it is possible to provide residences that are both beautiful *and* affordable. We also believe this business plan has a positive impact on society while actually providing us a better return on our capital invested. Loving where one lives has a trickle down effect on all aspects of one's life and attitude: from how peers are treated, to job performance, to positive pride in one's appearance, and to attitudes general.
